HDPSI offers a variety of models of POWERLINE Reegulators. These regulators are designed with a soft start, which increases belt and bearing life. They feature either keyed DC or self-excitation AC and are available in 12 and 24-volt models for battery systems. The waterproof connector eliminates corrosion due to moisture, and includes short-circuit protection for both field and ignition circuits.

They also include high-voltage shut down and are able to handle field currents up to 15-amps when used to power dual alternator systems. They feature an automatic restart circuit, and an adjustable voltage range with a top-mounted potentiometer. This regulator is a high-side device intended for use with "P-type" alternators only. It cannot be used with alternators which are regulated through the ground-side of the field winding.
