HDPSI offers over 100 models of multi-battery Powerline Isolators. One of the finest isolators on the market, the Powerline Isolator is engineered and heat-chamber tested to handle total isolator rating with either battery leg. The function of a battery isolator is to allow multiple batteries to be charged from a single or dual alternator system and prevent reverse drain from either battery when the vehicle is not running.

Current uses range from ambulances, police cruisers, fire engines, limousines, marine, service vehicles, snowplows, and many other applications. Models are available in 70 to 400 amps in negative and positive ground, as well as special models for Delco “CS” series alternators. Also available in heavy-duty external rectifier models rated for up to 200-amp alternators.
